Dear guest.
as you may know, we have expanded our sauna to approximately 100 m2. See sketch on "Sport and Relax". So far we hope to satisfy the general wish of our dear guests. The use (except on Saturdays) is included in the price and when you arrive, fluffy bathrobes and slippers are expecting you in the room. We are sure that you will enjoy and appreciate your stay in our home even more ! The rates were increased slightly compared to last winter, but are still in the limit and at a top price-performance ratio. |

The prices are per person and day, except the Junior Suite (price for unit), including a welcome drink, rich breakfast buffet (also with scrambled eggs), service, taxes, daily free entrance in the sauna (except on Saturday), twice a week afternoon tea/cappuccino with cake and once a week typical South Tyrolean snack at the open fireplace
Additional bed -50% for children and adults, Juniorsuite except

The Juniorsuites can be occupied for a max. of 4 people. To the other standard furnishment they also have a kitchnett for small dishes (max. spaghetti) and a small cheramic stove.
Arrival: the rooms are at yur disposal from 2.30 p.m. onwards. If there is a small delay we will invite you for a drink or cappuccino.
Non smoking rooms: Due to the new italian law it is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, breakfast rooms and foyer.
The only possibility are the balconies from which you can enjoy a wonderful scenery.
Departure: rooms should be left at 10.30 a.m., for making sure that the next guests will get a clean room
For a definately reservation we kindly ask you for a deposit, normally 30% of the tot. amount which will be deducted from your credit card (VISA or MC).
In case of cancellation, we apply the following conditions fees: 60 days before arrival: free of charge, 59-30 days before arrival: 25% of the price according to booking (deposit not refundable), 29-15 days before arrival: 50%,
14 days before arrival, postponed arrival or early departure: 70%.
