Information and conditions of your holiday home in Val Gardena

Find out more about the booking conditions and general information of the Hotel Garni Concordia in the resort Selva - Hotel in South Tyrol

Prices are per person per day for stays of at least 3 days (there is an extra charge for 1 or 3 nights) incl. sumptuous breakfast buffet, service, visitor’s tax, garage and/or parking place. Additional persons, regardless of age, are charged at 50% less (than the above-mentioned prices). This does not apply to suites, however, where the price is given per unit. During the summer, 1 weekly guided hike with the Val Gardena Mountain Guides. In winter, every day (except on Saturdays from January), free access to our new sauna, bathrobe and slippers.


Local tax:
The local tax is €2.00 per day and per person. Children and adolescents under 14 years are exempt from the tax. The local tax is payable upon departure and is shown separately on the bill.


Arrival and departure:
Check-in from 2.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. In case of late arrival, please contact us.
Departure: in order ensure that the rooms are clean for the next guests, we ask that you leave it by 10:30 a.m. at the latest, thank you!


Non-smoking rooms:
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, the breakfast area, or in the entrance (pursuant to the new Italian Art. 8 from 25/11/2004). Smoking is permitted only on the balconies. For potential cleaning we charge a fee of Euro 200,00.
We are happy to make table reservations for your dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants or give you interesting tips!

Restaurant:
At the Sal Feur restaurant www.salfeur.com (our neighbors), our guests have priority when reserving a table.


Wireless Internet: free. For a peaceful sleep, no connection at night.


Pets: Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our house.


Bar: Our bar is open for you every day until 7.00 pm.
